Marshall Co. fugitive arrested in Florida

Florida authorities arrested a fugitive out of Guntersville Monday.

Marshall County deputies reported that Tony Lynn Keck had failed to register as a sex offender last week. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Investigatoes determined Keck may have fled to Florida.

US Marshals in Volusia County, Florida arrested Keck. He faces sex offender violation charges.

Keck was convicted in 1994 of sexual battery of a 40-year-old woman.

Keck will be returned to Marshall County to face charges after prosecution in Florida.
